HealthLaunch Pty Ltd ABN 13 648 427 990 (“HealthLaunch”), and any related bodies corporate referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” are committed to responsible privacy practices and complying with the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and applicable health records legislation.
This Privacy Statement sets out how we collect and manage information that has the capability to reasonably identify an individual (“personal information”). This can also include “health information” as defined in the Privacy Act which is information about the health or disability of an individual who is reasonable identifiable.

Any requests to update or correct your health information must be made in writing and we will need evidence of your identity before we can grant you access to information about you or to change it. This is to protect your privacy and the privacy of others.
